Shipping and Handling

Shipping company : Japan Post・FedEx・DHL

Delivery time : Orders will be shipped within 10 business days excluding weekends and holidays.

[Standard] Shipping by Japan Post, DHL, FedEx. Tracking available, About 3-5 days to US.

* Trading card products under $ 100 will be shipped with  letter (with tracking number).   About 10-25 days to US.

 

Payment of Taxes

The terms of sales are DDU " duties and taxes unpaid". The price shown does not include such items as VAT, import duty, tax and other unpredictable charges against middleman and agents. In case of these unexpected charge needed in the due course, these charges should be paid by the customers. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office or its agents.

 

About cancellations

◆We do not accept any orders.

Please understand in advance that we basically cannot accept returns or cancellations at the customer's convenience after the order is placed.

◆We accept orders only before shipment.

Please note that we basically cannot accept order cancellations after the order has been shipped.

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us using the inquiry form. 

 

Conditions for returns and exchanges

We will replace the product only if it is found to be defective or damaged in the beginning, if you contact us within  7 days after receiving the product.

We will pay for the return shipping costs for initial defects or damage.
Scratches, etc. that are not a problem for use in the game are not eligible for a refund.
